If for any reason you are not satisfied with the articles you received, you have 30 days as of receipt to request an exchange or a refund.
We can only accept returns for items that are clean, unused and unworn; they must also have their original tags and be sent back in their original packaging. Upon receipt of your order please try your items on indoors only; please try on underwear over top of your own underwear.
Return shipping fees will be paid for by i-Run when there has been an error on our part, and by the Customer when there has not; i-Run will, however, pay for re-shipping fees.
We offer you the possibility of returning items within 30 days following your purchase.
If your return is because of a mistake on our part or a faulty item, contact us so that we can provide you with a pre-paid Colissimo return shipping label if you are in metropolitan France. If your are in the French Overseas Territories or abroad, we cannot provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, but your shipping fees will be refunded.
All others returns will be paid for by the customer. Please clearly state your order number inside the package. Your return must be send to the following address

In all cases please join a letter detailing the order number, reason for the return and how we can help you (voucher, refund, exchange).
Please make sure that you only return items that are clean, unused and unworn, with their original tags, and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of your order please try on your items indoors only; please try on underwear over top of your own underwear.
Otherwise, your return will be denied and the items will be sent back to you.
Important notice: in order to minimize the risk of theft when returning (an) item(s), please wrap the item(s) in opaque wrapping (brown paper, newspaper…).
Three options follow:
Exchange: this will be done within 48 hours following receipt of your parcel, while stocks last. In this case, please state the model as well as the wanted size/shoe size.
Voucher: it will be credited to your account within 2 days following receipt of your parcel, it can be used with no time limitation, for any purchase on our website.
Refund: this may be done by re-crediting your bank card if you paid by bank card, or by check or a voucher, within 30 days after receipt of your parcel.
In the event of a partial refund for an order paid in several installments free of charge, it will be made as soon as the installments paid have covered the price of the order.
If you enjoyed a discount on your order (through a promotional code or via our loyalty cash-back program), your discount will be re-credited to your account before refunding you the remaining amount.
